STUDENTS SUM ME R Most of you noticed the small work force of students that were employed by the Company over the past 2 months of July and August. This was done for a variety of reasons: 1. to keep the teenagers out of mischief. 2. to give the students a chance to earn money to advance their education. 3. to give them a taste of what it would be like to work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week at manual labour. 4. also they provide labour to improve the appearance of the town of Cassiar. As in most people there are some outstanding ones and some not so outstanding ones, but as an overall group they performed quite well and I'm sure the experience did no harm to any of them. They may have been a little tired at the end of each day but at that age they bounce back very rapidly. I am sure the Company was pleased with the amount of work accomplished and expect to carry on the same idea next summer.
