I also enjoy snow- boarding as often as I can fit it into my schedule, For the past 5 summers I have been involved with a kid’s camp back in Edmonton. | taught horseback riding and lead trail rides. This was a challenging job because many kids are afraid of horses and Thad to help them overcome their fears and trust that the horse would not hurt them. Along with slaving away at my stud- ies, | am super pumped to be involved with clubs and sports here at UNBC; | joined the women’s soccer team and have been holding the position of Treasurer for the Snowboard and Ski Club over the past school year. This year | organized, promoted and made hap- pen the “MARMOT IN MARCH” trip to Marmot Basin in Jasper, Alberta and, well, ing my second year as a Resident Assistant in residence, and this position has provided me with numerous event planning oppor- tunities. | am also involved in the Psych- ology Club here at UNBC, and have held the Undergraduate Representative position for a total of three Additio nally, in May 2008 and, in tim OVER THE EDGE February 9, 2007 was when we get back from this awesome trip.
