REJEAN LECOURS pleased guilty to theft under
$200.00. He was granted a conditional discharge
and put on one month probation.

BART TREMBLAY AND TODD WHITESIDE
pleaded guilty to theft of telecommunitations,
value not exceeding $250.00. They were each put
on three months probation and each must do five
hours of work under Mr. Schneeberget’s direction

MARVIN QUOCK pleaded guilty to driving a
vehicle while his driver’s license was under sus-
pension. He was fined $500.00.

-YYVON PELLETIER pleaded guilty to impaired
driving and was fined $450.00.

GLEN MADORE pleaded guilty to impaired dri-
ving and was fined $450.00 or fifteen days in jail.

BARRY JONES (waived from Maple Ridge)
pleaded guilty to impaired driving and was fined
$450.00 or fifteen days in jail.

OSCAR AERSSEN pleaded “‘Not Guilty” to a
charge of failing to leave a licensed premise. He:
was found guilty and fined $100.00.

KENNETH TASHOOTS, who was charged with

* common assault, was ordered by the judge to go

toa Detox Centre and then an Alcohol Treatment
Centre and then to appear before him on January
21, 1981.
