Medical Services Association have
advised our Company that there will
be an increase in fees for this ser-
vice. On March lst the rates for the
forthcoming insurance year have been
increased from %1.75 per month to
$2.04 per month for single employee
and from %5.25 to $6.12 for an em-
ployee with dependents. These rates
are the total monthly payments of
which the employer and employee each

j} pay 50%. The present single employee
rate is .75¢ increased to $1.02. |
Employees with dependents rate is
$2.25 increased to $3.06.
