A good many of us will have found most of 1971 a most
difficult and trying year, occasionned by the nwnerous problems

encountered in the "rmmning-tin" of our new mill.

I wish to thank everyone for their co-operation and for the
gigantic effort put forth towards the solutton of our problems.

I also wish to extend my most sincere thank you to the ladies
in appreciation for their patience while thetr men worked long
and tiring hours.

As the year draws to a close we can rejoice as we can now

start to apprectate the result of our combined efforts. We look

with anticipation towards better achievements and greater sat-
tsfactton for everyone during the coming year.
