Place this mixture into a tall circular savarin mould and bake in moderate oven - 350° Leave to cool. Slice into four and sprinkle with rum, kirsch or Grand Marnier. Sandwich all together with but- ter cream. Cover with butter cream and sprinkle - with crushed pralines. Decorate with butter cream whirls and place the half cherries and pis- tachio nuts on top.
