Commissioner Parsons Heads Pacific Coast Police Organization CONCLUDING a two day business ses- sion at Victoria, June 24th, forty delegates of the Pacific Coast International Associa- tion of Law Enforcement officials chose Commissioner T. Ordinarily the Association holds a large annual convention, but due to war time conditions the session just concluded was largely of a business nature. International in its nature, the Associa- tion is concerned with the co-ordination of law enforcement activities in California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Wyoming, Alaska, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Arizona, Colorado, Washington, British Columbia, the Yukon and Mexico. The territory involved is about 3,000,000 square miles including approximately 10, 000 miles of Pacific coast line. At the first day’s session, the delegates were addressed at an official luncheon by the Hon. R. L. Maitland, attorney general.
