Page 8 Cassiar Drum Corps The draw for the Cassiar Drum Corps boncs was held on March 12, © with Les Browett, Lions Liasion Officer to the Drum Corps, off- iciating. The winner of the $100.00 bond was Mike Zemenchik ; the second prize of $50.00 was won by Mr. I. Blair while Patty Garrett won third prize. The directors of Cassiar's Drum Corps wish to express appreciation to the Lions Club as sponsors of the draw, and a special thanks to those members who assisted in the sale of tickets. From the proceeds our drum section was completed. Six snare drums, bass drum and cy- mbals. There will be further pro- grammes to complete the brass sec- tion and we hope to have the same enthusiasm and support.
