The liability of the members is specially limited under Section 21 of the Companies Act, R.S.B.C. 1924; cap 38, and no poe liability attaches to any member. The authorized capital of the Company is $1,000,000 divided into 2,000,000 shares of a par value of 50 cents each. The Company is authorized to pay or allow a commission or discount in respect of its shares not exceeding ninety per cent. (90%) of the par value thereof.
