Tuesday, October 13th. The program, run by Training and ee

Safety staff, lasted a total of 8 hours per student. ~

Classes were held 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and repeated sx 8:0 .

7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. each day Tuesday to Friday. E29) Oo P.M. Recreation Centre
A second program was run Monday 20th to Tuesday 22nd Kees ADMISSION: ADULTS - $1.50 STUDENTS - $1.00

Pictured above, Mr. Todd Downie receives his Inter-
provincial Millwright Trade Certificate. Mr. D. Shufflerg=
Supervisor of Training, congratulated him for his achieve
ment on behalf of Cassiar Asbestos Corp. Ltd. Mr. Downiexg
came to work with the Company as a Warehouse helper in
March 1970, transferred as a Mechanic helper in January
1972 and later that year commenced his Millwright
Apprenticeship training through the Company and Govern-
ment program. His records indicate that he was a good
and hard working student throughout. He passed his inter
provincial exam with 80%.
