The 1982 Schmoo Maze was reduced to eight days. -
Nevertheless, most of the games had a very high amount
of participation, compared to previous years. A big
“*Thank You” to every event chairman, who volunteered -
his or her time to organize the events. Also, a note of ap-
preciation to all the many volunteers, for without them
the events would not have happened.
Just an idea how well some of the events were received:

— Both the Pancake and Champagne Breakfasts served
over 150 people

— The Figure Skating Carnival and the East-West Pee
key Game packed the Arena

— The Penny Carnival had another big omg) in the Up-
per Leisure Room ;

— There were 14 teams registered in the Co-ed oon
ball Tournament, which lasted until: 1:00'a. m. :

— There were 10 teams registered in the Soccer Tourna-
ment, which lasted until 11:30 p.m.

— There was a record high of 9 entries in the Outhouse
Race

— The Lounge was crowded for all the events happening
there .
