Same old random stuff about preparing for a trip or meeting a person who will leave a dramatic impression on you? Want to hear some completely different random stuff that could pertain to you or anyone else? Well... here’s your chance. Were gonna ditch the old twelve month ball- and-chain format and flip- script it over to the lunar cal- endar, Chinese style baby! Uh huh, that’s right. According to our new calen- dar, it is now the year of the ram. This means that if you were born in 1979 or 1967 we feel very sorry for you. Not because you’re old, well...not completely, but because you're a ram. Being a ram on the year of the ram is a bad thing. This IN WITH ALITTLE HEL? FROM PAR. CROWBAR!! New Year’s Horoscopes, Chinese Style means you'll have to try extra hard like a jedi-knight because there’s a boatload of bad luck and hardship waiting for you this year. As for everyone else, we have some really good advice for you on the year of the ram. Actually, this stuff is good for any year, but its espe- cially important for this year. It may even help out some of you poor people born in the year of the ram. Anyhow, here it is. Study hard (wow, amaz- ing advice!). Make sure all of your exchanges be good ones, be they money, social, busi- ness or even glances. Just try to make an extra effort to make sure that you deal with these exchanges with safety, honesty, integrity and if at all possible empathy. When it comes to your dreams and goals, dream big, but keep your goals realistic. Healthwise, we see potential risks to your well being. Your best bet for avert- ing these risks? Be proactive. Give your spirit and body the much-needed attention they deserve.
