A mem- ber of the board for the last two years, Cambell has a reputa- tion for professional- ism and dedication to his job. His reasons for leaving? Cambell has received a job as a resident assistant for next year. However, this is not all, he's tired and feels his "time here has come to an end.” In response to the effects of the job, Cambell commented that he feels "enriched by the situation" but added that he may have "a bit more of a cynical attitude." He mentioned, "I enjoyed What would | do if | had $20,0007 having the chance to try to make a change, | think | made some that that will benefit students in the future." With regards to the current and _ future path of NUGSS he said, "I like the path its on right now, in that its not following what other student soci- eties are doing, it needs to carve out its own identity." He stressed the unique position NUGSS finds itself in because of the northern location of the University. "The most important thing the student society should do is just find its own identity and don't get pressured by people coming in and saying you should be like the ones down south, we're not and we never will be." Jaime Cambell has been an asset to the —_— board and the student body for the last two years. His presence and contribution will be missed. The stu- dents of UNBC wish him luck with the rest of his University career. Thanks for your help, Jaime.
