It was a year of triumph for western
teams in the Dominion Marksmen Chief
Constables’ Revolver competition. In the
senior final match Calgary City Police
team won the Dominion Championship
with 1423 x 1500, with the B. C. Pro-
vincial Police, Victoria team second and
Montreal City Police third. In the Tyro
competition the Victoria detachment of the
British Columbia Police carried off the first
honours, followed by Toronto Police second,
and Saskatoon Police third.

When the public respect their own laws
and are willing to conform at least for the
sake of example before their children, then
and only then can they expect their children
to grow up law-abiding.
