The closing event to UNBC Black History Month Celebrations on Monday, March 1, 2004, were highlighted by an excellent performance by Masabo Culture Company. The audience at its peak
easily had around 200 people, including professors, students, and the day care Children.

On Saturday, February 28, 2004, the Capriccio String Quartet put on an amazing performance in the Atrium at UNBC. Featured in this concert
were works of composers such as Erik Satie, Guillaume de Machaut, and Maurice Ravel. The quartet is made up of Peter Blake, Freya Kristensen,
Leanne Drelow, and Jordan Dyck. in addition to enjoying wonderful music, the audience learned some interesting music history.
