For those not in the know, Spike and Mike’s travels around western North America every year show- casing the best and most perverted animators in the world. w, Sta QANANAS Make ey & This year’s festival didn’t disappoint. For the low, low price of $10, | received a Spike and Mike’s barf bag, glow-in-the-dark vampire fangs and two full hours of uncensored, tasteless entertainment. This year’s highlights included the "Happy Tree Friends", 8 mini-toons scattered throughout the program showing the adventures of some furry forest friends, usually ending in decapita- tion or mass slaughter. My per- sonal favorites this year were 1300CC, about a hopped up biker and a grandma, and Roofsex, featuring the sexual escapades of tow living room chairs. Overall, this high-class entertainment disgusted and delighted me. For those who have never had the pleasure, | would rec- TAIS SPELLS Poor! Z FUN WITH KATHLEEN LATILE FartA! FoR, YouR wWto ommend those with the means to take the trip to Vancouver or Victoria to see it. Perhaps one day, we'll be lucky enough to see Sick and Twisted come to Prince George.
