The Prime Minister said he would be able to find an extra $5 bil- lion a year, recommended by the Special Senate Committee on the State of HealthCare. The leg- islative body voted Tuesday to pass the following items: Rejecting the UN resolution, authorizing President Saddam Hussein to adopt what he sees as appropriate and nec- essary measures, expressing full support for President Saddam Hussein’s wise lead- ership and walking out of here today with our hands still attached to our wrists.
