This is the Cassiar Dog Pound. It is sturdy enough to keep dogs in, but not sturdy enough to keep irate dog owners out. Most people agree there is a dog pro- blem. Loose dogs can hurt and damage. ' There is a town ordinance that dogs are to be confined to homes, chained or leashed...not allowed to run around lo- ose. It's a good law, that protects people. BUT - dog-catchers are threatened, the pound is chainsawed, cut, ripped and torn apart. Dogs are still running loose. Laws are made by people - for people so they may have a chance to live toge- jther in relative peace. If good laws are ignored, there is fear, chaos, and eventually anarchy.
