A number of companies have already come to recruit many of the talented students of UNBC. Starting November 1st the fourth annual UNBC Apprentice well begin, with applications being taken at the end of October. This year the UNBC Apprentice will coincide with a pres- entation from Andrew Hewitt. Andrew will be judging the final event of the competition and may even get The Donald himself on the phone. Andrew is the co-author of the best sell- ing book “The Power of Focus for College Students” (2006), the companion to the international bestseller “The Power of Focus” (2000). He is a passionate speaker on the high school and college circuit and the youngest faculty member for Trump University. Creator of educational products for Donald Trump’s latest venture, Trump University and a trained Dream Discovery Coach and an avid real estate investor. As an ambitious 23 year old running several businesses, An- drew stays focused by ensuring all of his efforts contribute to his big dream: to help induce a massive change in the way students are educated, so that it becomes common practice to equip and empower students to live life fully and to pursue their dreams. Andrew Hewitt will be coming to UNBC on November 7th, 2007. CSS will be hosting a pancake breakfast from 9 to 11 am in room 5-124 where you will have the chance to meet and mingle with Andrew. Following the pancake breakfast Andrew will help judge an event of the UNBC Apprentice. At 5:30 pm Andrew will make his presentation in the Canfor The- atre. Thursday, November 15th @ 7pm - Rm 7-150 Public presentation by Leocadio Craft Fair PGPIRG will be hosting a craft fair on Tuesday, November 27th and Wednesday, November 28th at UNBC. Everyone is welcome to hawk their wares. Tables will be available to PGPIRG members for $5 for a half table or $10 for a full table (this covers both days). If you are not a PGPIRG member (all undergrads are PGPIRG mem- bers), don’t panic, you can join for the low, low cost of $4 for a whole year! We don’t have volunteers to man/woman the tables, so if you can’t be there the whole time, you will have to arrange for someone to cover your stuff. Deadline for paying for your table is November 15th (unless you make other ar- rangements). This is just to ensure that we have enough space.
