CURLING CORNER The Caseiar Curling club held its presentation party on Satumay April 25th in the Community Centre. cordon Edwards was emcee 4uring the presentation of trophies end prizes. RS a emetS oae, Charlie Bronson was called on to present the Pell Asbestos Trophy to the Sekora rink. However, ali four — members of the rink were absent. In view of this, Charlie presented the sagen to Club Pres. George Trows- dele. All the other trophiss were present ed to the winners and runner-up teams by the executive in office during the past seagon. The 1963-, season was very sucsess- ful with a total membership of 135. Most of the competitions hed 16 or more rinks participating with good curling and good sportamenship. A buffet supper was served prior to the prize presentation. The Cookery are to be congratulated for their efforts to provide such ea erray of fine fs5od for the party. The Playboys supplied the rasis ‘for dancing which fcliowet the pEase presentations.
