citizenship, etc. With the help of citizens
who are interested in the youth movement,
the club, under the supervision of Const.
Bertram, is a great success and a model
to the community. Also a boys’ photo-
graphic club has been organized where
the lads are taught the developing and
printing of films.

YoutTu-Conscious CONSTABLES

Many other members of the Force have
already taken an interest in boys groups
throughout the Province, and their efforts
have done marvels. This work cannot be
calculated today. It’s like planting seeds;
the results only come with the harvest.

How about it, you others? Will you
help to get a youth group of some kind
started? It may mean a few hours of
your spare time, and we all know how
little you have, but it’s worth it, isn’t it?

Perhaps some lady would care to take
up the matter of providing for the young
girls in our many communities, and show
the way to organize them. A mere male,
the writer bows out at this point and
hopes that an article will appear in the
next issue on girls’ clubs, by someone
better qualified to speak on the subject.
