Ali scouting and quiding groups in full

uniform were called to order. A short tec*

ture on Lord and Lady Baden Powell was
qiven by the scout master after this, the
evening was opened with a invitation to
all to examine the handiwork displayed.
Some of the boys and girls demonstrated
in makina various items. The proqram also
included musical controlled step dances,
singina and performances. The evening con-

cluded with much fun for the boys and qiris

as they methodically demolished the beaut-
iful pinatas to scatter hundreds of cand-
ies within easy reach of eager hands. This

was a very pleasant and enjoyable time for
all.

Much effort obviously went into the pre-

parina and presenting the program, those
of us who enjoyed the program join in
thanking the leaders, the children and all
who helped to make the event a success.
