The rental will include cost of main-

put into a maintenance fund for te-
painting and general repairs.

Tentative plans call for groups of
eight or nine houses in a semi-circle
with a recreation centre especially
suited for older people.

Age of retirement is 65 and there
are approximately 10 retirements
each year.

The fund is building up at the
rate of slightly over $1,000 each
month.
